Terms of Service

This agreement is between Roliel Technologies & Entrepreneurship Ltd., Company No. 516102555 (the "Provider" or "Postify"), and the business customer registering for the service (the "Customer"). Registration, checking the acceptance box, or using the service constitutes full and binding acceptance of these terms.

The service is for business use only (B2B) and for users aged 18 or older. By registering, the Customer represents that they are authorized to bind the business they represent.

Postify is a technology SaaS that schedules and automatically publishes Customer-provided content to Customer-selected Facebook groups through the Customer's connected Facebook account. It includes content management, text variations, group/collection management, scheduling, and reporting. The service is provided As-Is, subject to Facebook platform limitations.

The Customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and using the system carefully. The system temporarily locks an account after repeated failed sign-in attempts as a protective measure.

The Customer connects their Facebook account and authorizes Postify to act on their behalf and at their direction to publish the content they select. Postify does not store the Customer's Facebook password in its databases.

The Customer selects the groups to publish to. Postify has no control over those groups, their rules, or group-admin decisions; responsibility for complying with each group's rules rests with the Customer.

The system schedules and publishes according to the Customer's settings and subject to pacing limits, publishing windows, and platform policy. Publication may fail or await group-admin approval for reasons outside the Provider's control.

Postify may offer a trial period. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the publishing capabilities.

The service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription or an annual subscription. The price is the price displayed and accepted at the time of order/purchase. A monthly subscription renews per the selected billing cycle until cancelled. An annual subscription is paid in advance for 12 full months.

Billing is processed through the external payment provider. The Customer may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing cycle, and no pro-rata refund is given for a monthly cycle already begun, except as required by law. An annual subscription is generally non-refundable during the committed term.

Notwithstanding the above, if providing the service becomes materially and continuously impossible because (a) Facebook/Meta makes a material change to the platform, interface, policy, permissions, or security mechanisms that prevents Postify from providing the core purchased service; or (b) the Customer's Facebook account/profile/page is blocked, restricted, or disabled by Meta in a way that prevents continued use — the Customer may receive a proportional refund/credit for the unused portion of the annual subscription. No refund is due for temporary outages, isolated publication failures, reduced reach/leads, group rejection, or ordinary platform friction. Refunds are subject to applicable law and payment-provider/card-network procedures.

Text, images, and videos the Customer provides remain owned by the Customer.

The Customer grants Postify a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store, process, and publish Customer content solely to provide the service.

The Customer represents and warrants that they hold all rights in the content, images, and videos they provide, and that publishing them does not infringe third-party rights or any law.

The Customer undertakes to comply with the law and with the terms, community standards, and group rules of Facebook/Meta and of each group.

No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive use; no abuse, reverse engineering, duplication, or circumvention of the system's mechanisms.

Postify is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc., and there is no partnership or sponsorship between them. Publishing is performed in the Customer's account and at their direction.

Postify does not guarantee that a post will be accepted, published, or remain published, and does not guarantee leads, reach, reactions, revenue, or any other result. Success depends on many factors outside the Provider's control, including Meta and group-admin decisions.

Security checks or identity verification, restrictions, and policy changes by Facebook/Meta may disrupt or interrupt the service. These do not constitute a breach by the Provider so long as it acted with reasonable effort.

The Provider makes reasonable efforts toward availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Maintenance windows and updates may occur. System behavior on Sabbath, Motzaei Shabbat, and holidays is a product feature, not an outage.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the service for security, abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons.

All rights in the system, software, code, interface, and brand are reserved to Roliel Technologies & Entrepreneurship Ltd.. No copying, duplication, reverse engineering, or commercial use without prior written consent.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Notice available at Privacy Notice.

The Provider is not in breach where circumstances beyond its reasonable control apply, including war, cyber-attacks, communications failures, natural disasters, epidemics, regulatory decisions, or material changes by Facebook/Meta or a third-party provider.

Subject to applicable law, the Provider's aggregate liability to the Customer, on any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by the Customer in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damage or loss of profits/leads/goodwill.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Central District of Israel.

The Provider may update these terms from time to time. A material change receives a new version identifier and takes effect upon publication.
