Privacy Notice

Account and business information: name, email address, business name, phone, occupation, language/preferences, and team users with their roles. Authentication and security data: protected credentials, session information, sign-in-attempt and account-lockout data, and legal-acceptance records (Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement). Facebook-integration data: the account and group details needed to operate the connection and publishing — we do not ask you to provide your Facebook password to Postify for storage in the application. Customer content: posts, variations, images/videos, collections, schedules, and publication results (links, errors). Billing data: subscription details, invoices, and amounts — card details are processed by an external payment processor and are not stored by Postify. Operational communications: service emails and operational/audit records.

You are not legally required to provide information unless a specific law says otherwise. However, providing certain information is operationally necessary to deliver the requested Postify capability (for example, email to open an account, a Facebook connection to publish, and payment details to the payment provider for a paid subscription). Consequence of refusal: you will not be able to open or use the relevant account or capability.

Purposes: providing the service and publishing content, account management and billing, security and abuse prevention, support and service improvement, and meeting legal obligations. For customers in the European Economic Area, where GDPR applies, processing bases include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, lockout, audit), and consent where processing relies on it.

We do not sell your data and do not transfer it for marketing purposes. To provide the service we may use external service providers, including infrastructure and storage providers, payment processors, communications and email providers, and security and operational service providers. Such providers may access information only to the extent necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable obligations. In addition, when you connect a Facebook account and instruct Postify to publish, selected information and Customer Content may be transferred to Facebook/Meta as necessary to perform the requested action. The application does not use advertising cookies or advertising analytics identifiers.

Information may be stored or processed in Israel or other countries, by us or by service providers. Where information is transferred internationally, Postify will handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, operational requirements, contractual and legal obligations, and legitimate business needs, and information is not retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law. Deletion and privacy requests can be submitted to support@postify.co.il.

Access and correction: you can view and update profile details in the system and contact support with any request. Deletion: by contacting support (handled via an administrative process). Full personal-data export: not a self-service product feature today — the reports CSV is not a full privacy export, and an export can be requested via support. Where GDPR applies, additional rights include restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it.

The current Postify application uses functional/necessary cookies and local storage for functions such as authentication, language, preferences, and application state. The current application does not use advertising cookies or advertising analytics identifiers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. Credentials are protected rather than stored in plain text, and card details are processed by an external payment processor rather than stored by Postify.

The service is for businesses and users aged 18+, and is not intended for minors.

This notice may be updated from time to time; a new material version gets a new identifier.
